The Chenoa Women's Club organizes in September. This group of community-oriented members meets the first Monday of the month from September through May at 7pm. The group supports the 4th of July Committee, Food Pantry, blood drives, "Breakfast with Santa" and other civic projects.
Each meeting includes an entertaining or informative guest speaker, fellowship and wonderful desserts.

THANKSGIVING FOOD BASKETS FOR CHENOA FAMILIES
We would appreciate community support for food and monetary donations to help with a Thanksgiving food basket project. Non-Perishable food donations may be placed in food boxes at your church, at Chenoa City Hall, or with any grade schooler. Monetary donations may be made to Carol Johnson at Heartland Bank in Chenoa or to Chenoa Women's Club treasurer, Emily Rosenberger. Please make your donations before November 20, 2015. Thank you for your caring spirit and generosity.

March 17th, 2pm - 7pm: BLOOD DRIVE
The Chenoa Women's Club and the American Red Cross is having a blood drive on Thursday, March 17th, from 2pm to 7pm. The drive will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Parish Hall, 225 West Owsley Street. For an appointment to participate, please call Mary Jo Krall at (815) 945-7292.

The Chenoa Women's Club will be collecting cans uptown by the vacant lot next to the Chenoa Pharmacy. Please have cans in bags. The aluminum can collection benefits various organizations; e.g., the 4th of July Committee, Chenoa Library, Food Pantry. Please NO plastic, paper or food containers. Thank you.

December 12th, 9am - 11am: CHENOA WOMEN'S CLUB "BREAKFAST WITH SANTA"
Santa is coming to Chenoa to visit with children 4th grade and younger at the Chenoa Elementary School inside the multipurpose room. There will be doughnuts, juice and milk as well as a variety of games and crafts.
Admission for children and adults is $2 each. Please bring a camera if you wish to take a picture of your child with Santa.

October 10th, 9am - 11am: CHENOA WOMEN'S CLUB "CAN COLLECTION FOR COMMUNITY PROJECTS"
The Chenoa Women's Club will sponsor a "Can Collection for Community Projects" event this Saturday, October 10th, from 9am - 11am. Please take your aluminum cans to the trailer located at the lot next to the permanent can dumpster.
This event is for a very good cause and there will be plenty of space to make a drop off of your aluminum cans.
Please, aluminum cans or aluminum siding only. Thanks for your DONATIONS!

July 3rd, 5pm - 7pm: ICE CREAM SOCIAL
The Chenoa Women's Club will be hosting an Ice Cream Social in downtown Chenoa July 3rd from 5pm to 7pm. Homemade desserts and ice cream will be available to the public.
